Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition for which he sent a letter to the Registry to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' apart from making an endorsement in the bundle and he also prayed for the personal appearance of the petitioners may be dispensed with before the Court below.

2. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD).Nos.1 and 3 of 2015 are closed. However, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District is directed to dispose of the case in M.C.No.4 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible. Since the petitioners 2 and 4 are in-laws of the respondent, they shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, in M.C.No.4 of 2015, as and when required by the learned Judge and the first petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court regularly for hearings except on those days his presence is dispensed with on application filed under Section 317 of Cr.P.C.
