ORDER

The petitioner is the appellant in C.M.A.No.2 of 2015 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Kovilpatti. He seeks speedy disposal of the same.

2.The request is reasonable. Therefore, the learned Sub Judge, Kovilpatti,is called upon to dispose of C.M.A.No.2 of 2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This Civil Revision petition is allowed accordingly. No costs.
