ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner is having transportation agreement with the first respondent. The petitioner seeks revision of terms and also few other reliefs. The petitioner has already submitted a representation in this regard. All that the petitioner wants is disposal of the same.

3.The first respondent is directed to give a disposal to the petitioner's representation and also communicate his decision as expeditiously as possible. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. 28.02.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No ias Issue order copy on 01.03.2024.
