Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned proceedings of the third respondent relating to the order of promotion vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.H10/24601/2020, dated 06.11.2020 and quash the same and direct the third respondent to give all service and monetary benefits including increments, promotion by fixing original seniority from the date of appointment of the petitioner. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed under the Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned proceedings of the third 2/5

respondent relating to the order of promotion vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.H10/24601/2020, dated 06.11.2020 and quash the same and direct the third respondent to give all service and monetary benefits including increments, promotion by fixing original seniority from the date of appointment of the petitioner. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Pandeeswaran, appeared party-in-person and submitted that the he does not wish to press the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition. 3.

Mr.P.Thambidurai, learned Government Advocate for the Respondents stated that he had no objection.

In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the petitioner, who is appeared party-in-person, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim Order, if any, stands vacated and the file is consigned to record. Consequently, connected 3/5

miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
