ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] The letter of the 4th respondent dated 07.02.2025 is under challenge in this Writ Petition.
2.Though larger relief has been sought for by the petitioner in this petition, today (06.03.2025), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned
counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if the representation made by the petitioner is directed to be considered and disposed of by the official respondents within a stipulated period that may be fixed by this Court.
3.Considering the request made by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner either in the representation or in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition, we direct the official respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.02.2024, after giving sufficient opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the 6th respondent and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
