ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.566 of 2015 and the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.567 of 2015, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120(b) I.P.C and Section 5 of the TNPID Act in Crime No.1 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. This is the fourth anticipatory bail application and it is seen that this Court, by a detailed order, has held that 17 depositors have been cheated to the tune of Rs.29,31,000/- by A.1 and these petitioners and there is no change in fact-situation in this case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that A.2 was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.12.2014.
4. The above said fact has also been referred to by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) and this is not a good reason to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. In view of the serious allegation made against them, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed.
