This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 25 of 2021 on the file of the 1st Respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.25 of 2021, has been closed as action dropped, by the first respondent police.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
