This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thanjavur, in C.M.P.No.6021 of 2016, on 10.11.2016 to register First Information Report on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, on 27.02.2016 and to take appropriate action and to file a report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thanjavur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor however on instructions submitted that a case was registered in Crime No.3 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 498(A) I.P.C., and other provisions.
