The petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to them. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioners was registered in CSR.No.90 of 2021 and posted for enquiry. 3.In the circumstances, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioners based on findings and on merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order. 4.With the above observations, the Criminal Original Petition is dispose of.
