The petitioner filed an Original Application under Section 63 (e) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959. The petitioner's grievance is that the the respondent is declining to number the same on extraneous grounds. The respondent is directed to number the petition mentioned original application immediately and without any delay and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
