ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the sole accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) of I.P.C. altered into 294(b), 506(ii) and 447 of I.P.C. and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003 in Crime No.88 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had demanded exorbitant interest from the de-facto complainant and also threatened her with dire consequence.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence.

4. Mr.R.Murugappan, learned counsel for the intervenor submitted that the de-facto complainant was abducted by the petitioner and under threat and coerce, he has obtained signatures in blank papers. It is further submitted that the de-facto complainant has repaid the entire principal amount with interest. However, not satisfied with the amount, the petitioner has demanded huge amount.

5. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sattankulam and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

7.
