This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the 1st Assistant Sessions Court/Principal Sub Court, Madurai, to complete the trial in S.C. No.379 of 2015 within the time limit that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court. Order:

This petition is coming on for hearing on this day and hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Rahul, Advocate for the Petitioner and the earlier order of this Court dated 04/09/2017 and also the requisition letter of Principal Assistant Sessions Judge (Principal Sub Judge), Madurai, made in D.No.163, dated 24.01.2019, this Court made the following order : This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.379 of 2015. 2.This Court has already allowed the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 04.09.2017 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in S.C.No.379 of 2015 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the Court below requests further time to disposed of the said case. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted for disposing the case in S.C.No.379 of 2015.
