When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that after completing investigation in Crime No.24 of 2017, charge sheet has been filed by the first respondent and the same has been taken on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ file in C.C.No.31 of 2018 by the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
