This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to give police protection to the petitioner and his men for enjoying the property in Patta No.267 as per Court order I.A.No.341 of 2012 dated 12.04.2013. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the case is of the year 2014, already the period of 4 1⁄2 years has been lasped. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
