O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing appropriate direction to the respondent to furnish the closure report in Crime No.205 of 2016 registered under Sections 406 and 420 I.P.C., on 31.03.2016 forthwith to the petitioner for enabling him to file protest petition before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that today he has handed over a copy of Closure Report to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a Protest petition, if the petitioner is so advised.
