RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that he should report before the Principal Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, in all working days at 10.30 AM until further orders in Crl.OP(MD)No.367/2023 dt.11/1/2023 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VENKATACHALAM D, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.367 of 2023, dated 11.01.2023. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken on the file of the Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Sivagangai.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.367 of 2023, dated 11.01.2023 is https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.3329 of 2023 modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Sivagangai, on 13.03.2023 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
