When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the second respondent will consider the petitioner's request vide his representation dated 20.11.2019 on merits and in accordance with by taking note of the recommendation made by the third respondent. The second respondent shall pass order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
