ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the third respondent in connection with Resolution mentioned as Item No.83 of the Syndicate dated 05.02.2019 and the consequential proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Memo No.EsttII/EMMRC/R.S/Reg/2019 dated 22.04.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to hold the post held by the petitioner as one of Academic (Non Vacation) post. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel, who takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3. By consent, the matter is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3, on instructions, submitted that due to laches and lacuna, the impugned order has been passed by the respondent University and the University is now inclined to recall the proceedings of the second respondent dated 22.04.2019 and proceed further in accordance with the resolution dated 05.02.2019.

4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
