O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to conclude the enquiry in the complaint, dated 21.05.2022 and 11.01.2023, within a stipulated time period in accordance with law.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the complaint is dated 21.05.2022 and 11.01.2023, no action has been taken so far. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint has been received recently by the Antiland Grabbing Cell, summons have also been issued to the parties and the investigation will be completed within a short time.

4.Recording the undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry or investigation as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This criminal original petition is disposed of, accordingly. 2/4
