ORDER

This Petition is filed to extend the interim bail granted by order dated 30.01.2026 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.1100 of 2026, in Crime No.344/2025. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the marriage of the petitioner's daughter is scheduled to be held on 20.02.2026, and therefore, he seeks extension of the interim bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent is awaiting for the chemical examination report.

4. Considering the fact that the marriage of the petitioner's daughter is scheduled to be held on 20.02.2026, this Court is inclined to extend the interim bail granted by this Court on 30.01.2026 till 26.02.2026

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the interim bail is extended till 26.02.2026.

6. Post the main Criminal Original Petition on 26.02.2026. 16.02.2026 LS 2/4
