No.47 of 2014 on the file of Principal Sessions Court, Thoothukudi and enlarge the petitioners on bail pending disposal of the appeal.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.ANANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) represented that there is no adverse remarks in compliance, of the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Upon considering the facts that the petitioner are the College Students, and since there is no adverse remarks in compliance of the previous order the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 15.12.2015 in MP(MD)No.1/2015 is totally relaxed.
