ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner pointed out that the proceedings under Section 133 of Cr.PC have already been concluded and what remains is pronouncing of orders alone. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent will pass final orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks. 2.Recording the same, this Court directs the first respondent to pass orders on the petition mentioned petitioner filed by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass orders one way or the other. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
