Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate (Crl. side) Prayer: To set aside the order in Crl MP No.1511 of 2025 dated 31.12.2025 passed by the learned Principal Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Madurai and to Relax the condition No.8(ii) imposed by the learned Principal District Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Cases, Madurai, in Cr.M.P.No.182 of 2025 dated 12.03.2025.
ORDER
This petition has been filed to set aside the order in Crl MP No.1511 of 2025 dated 31.12.2025 passed by the learned Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Madurai, and to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.182 of 2025 dated 12.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 178 days.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions, the condition imposed by this Court in Cr.M.P.No.182 of 2025 dated 12.03.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for investigation.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is partly allowed. 25-02-2026 jbr To
