ORDER

Non-consideration of the petitioners' representations seeking promotion, dated 06.01.2016, in the light of G.O(2D). No.359, dated 05.12.2017, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, the petitioners have approached this Court with the present Writ Petitions.

2. Mr. C.M. Marichellaiah Prabhu, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regarding to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioners' representations, dated 06.01.2016 in the light of G.O (2D).No.359, dated 05.12.2017, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and as per law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
