O R D E R
3. This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to give police protection for celebrating Masi Pachai festival for Arulmigu Ochandamman Temple at Pappapatti, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai from 26.02.2025 as conducted in the previous year of 2024, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 04.02.2025.
2. Mr.Senthil Ayyanar, the learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 3 and Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the second respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the second respondent would submit that they have not received any representation from the petitioner so far.
4. Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit Page No. 2 of 5
that already the second respondent already received the complaint and he has the postal acknowledgment, however, he has not produced a copy of the postal acknowledgment.
5. This Court heard both sides and perused the records. With the consent of both the parties, this petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
6. The petitioner has not impleaded any private respondents in this petition. Without impleading the private respondents and without even producing the postal acknowledgment, the petitioner has filed this petition. However, Considering the prayer of this petition, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner can approach the respondents by submitting a fresh representation. After receipt of the representation from the petitioner, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to disposed of the same in accordance with law on merits, without affecting the rights of the other parties.

7. With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
