ORDER

This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in C.C.No.1 of 2014 having been taken cognizance for the offences under Sections 498A and 494 r/w 109 IPC by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai as against the petitioners.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the trial has been over and all the accused persons were acquitted on 11.12.2017 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
