This petition is filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. The petitioners have not stated any reason for harassment before this Court. The petition is vague. The petition is preferred as if they don't know the reason for the police to visit their house for enquiry. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the respondent shall not call the petitioners for enquiry without issuing summons.
