O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed directing the third respondent to consider and dispose the petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2024 in connection with the enquiry notices dated 12.08.2024 in O.Mu Aa3/5798/2024, 06.10.2025 in Na.Ka.A3/5581/2025 dated 31.12.2025 in 2/6

Na.Ka.A3/5581/2025 in accordance with law after giving opportunity to the respondents 5 and 6 and thereby cancelling the free house site patta granted in favour of the respondents 5 and 6 in respect of S.Nos.135/2, 135/33, 132/4 and 124/38, Ozhugamangalam Village, Tirupathur Taluk,

2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents 5 and 6, notice to the respondents 5 and 6 is hereby dispensed with.

4. According to the petitioner, during the year 2006-2007, the Government of Tamilnadu has issued free house site pattas to the sixth respondent and his mother-in-law, who is the mother of the fifth respondent. Thereafter, he came to know that both the persons are belonging to one family and they are highly rich persons and having his own lands. Hence, the petitioner sent a representation to the third respondent and the third respondent initiated enquiry proceedings after 3/6

giving notice to the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6 vide notices dated 21.08.2024 in O.Mu.Aa3/5798/2024, dated 06.10.2025 in Na.ka.A3/5581/2025 and 31.12.2025 in Na.ka.A3/5581/2025. Since no action has been taken, the petitioner has approached this Court for the relief stated supra.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2024 will be considered on its merits and in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2024 in connection with the enquiry notices dated 21.08.2024 in O.Mu.Aa3/5798/2024, dated 06.10.2025 in Na.ka.A3/5581/2025 and 31.12.2025 in Na.ka.A3/5581/2025, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The said representation shall be considered and disposed of after conducting an enquiry. The third respondent is directed to provide reasonable 4/6

opportunity during such enquiry to the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6 and also to the other persons, who may be affected by such decision. There shall be no order as to costs.
