O R D E R
This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.199 of 2014 within the time stipulated time.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), however, submitted that the investigation is almost over and that the Final Report will be filed within a period of two months.
3. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a Final Report in Crime No.199 of 2014, before the jurisdictional Magistrate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
