PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent police to arrest the accused persons and to recover the fake documents and cheated money and to file a final report in Crime No.27/2015 dated 30.11.2015, under the supervision of the first respondent within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, directing the second respondent police to arrest the accused persons and to recover the fake documents and cheated money and to file a final report in Crime No.27 of 2015 dated 30.11.2015, under the supervision of the first respondent, within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the first accused has been secured. However, he requested three months time to file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.

However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) is directed to file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
