This petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. It is stated that on the basis of the complaint given by one K.Saravanamuthukrishnan, the petitioners are put to harassment by the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions however, submitted that the complaint was enquired into and closed. He further submitted that there is no question of harassment and no further enquiry is contemplated.
