ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to appoint the petitioner in the regular vacancy in view of the seniority maintained by them by considering her representation dated 20.04.2019.

2. Heard Mr. M. Jerin Mathew, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. S. Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the first respondent. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal in the admission stage itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to instruct the respondents 2 and 3 to appoint the petitioner, as and when the vacancies arises due to the retirement of the employee, by considering her representation, dated 20.04.2019 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass necessary orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
