This Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 407 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying directing the 1st respondent to implement the order of the I Addl.Sess.Court, Trichy Dt. cum PCR Court, Trichy dated 02.03.2012 in Cr.M.P.No.50 of 2012 and provide employment to the petitioner in any of the Government Department as per her Qualification and Education.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking punishment to the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11666 of 2019 dated 23.09.2019. 2.By order dated 23.09.2019, direction was issued to the respondent herein to consider the request made by the petitioner in the representation dated 15.06.2018 and provide a suitable job on the basis of her educational qualification as directed by the trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.50 of 2012, dated 02.03.2012. 3.On 20.07.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent herein submitted that no vacancy is available in the Revenue Department. However, the counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to join duty in any one of the department, where vacancies are available. CONT.P(MD) No.447 of 2021 4.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been given an appointment in the educational department and joined duty at Poigaipatti Government Adidravidar Welfare High School on 26.07.2021. So, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition.
