O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent herein to issue certified copies of the documents on the petitioner's application in Na.Ka.No.1370/2024/E1 pertaining to a case in O.A.No.45 of 1992 before the respondent with respect to Arulmigu Angalaparameswari Temple and Vaani Karuppanna Swamy Temple at Paramakudi Town, Ramanathapuram District by considering the petitioner's reminder representation dated 05.02.2026 within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already sent a representation to the respondents, requesting certain documents pertaining to the case in O.A.No.45 of 1992, on 05.02.2026. Since the said representation is pending 2/6

consideration, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.

4.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that they have sent a communication to the petitioner on 10.06.2024 stating that as on the date of the letter, they were not able to trace the documents in the office and therefore, they are not in a position to provide the same. 5.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the date of the letter, the documents were not available. In the event it is available, a direction may be issued. 6.In response to the same, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that in future if the documents are traced, the copies of the same would be furnished to the petitioner.

7.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondent to furnish the documents sought for by the petitioner, in case if it is traced by the respondent. The 3/6

documents shall be furnished to the petitioner within a period of four [4] weeks from the date of tracing the documents. There shall be no order as to costs.
