ORDER

The petitioner seeks for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.06 of 2023 dated 04.01.2023 on the file of the respondent police

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate Court and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised.
