2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that Charge Sheet has already been filed in this matter.

4. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) is directed to furnish a copy of the Charge Sheet to the petitioner. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
