PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records relating to the impugned Look out Notice in C.No.C1/24241/2013 dated 18.06.2013 on the file of the 1st respondent pursuant to crime No.280 of 2013 on the file of the Kumbakonam East Police Station, Thanjavur District and set aside the same. This petition is filed to set aside the Look out Notice in C.No.C1/24241/2013 dated 18.06.2013 on the file of the 1st respondent pursuant to crime No.280 of 2013 on the file of the Kumbakonam East Police Station, Thanjavur District. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in crime No.280 of 2013 on the file of the 1st respondent itself has been completed and charge sheet has been laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kulithalai, which was taken cognizance in C.C.No.54 of 2016 and hence, the prayer sought by the petitioners has become infructuous.
