ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The case of the writ petitioner is that his grandfather's name has been wrongly mentioned in his father's death certificate. He has given a petition in this regard before the first respondent.
3.The first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry into the same and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
