This petition is filed to direct the respondents Police not to harass the petitioner to execute bond under Section 110 of Cr.P.C. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions however, submitted that as per Section 107 of Cr.P.C, an enquiry was initiated long back and the same was closed. He further submitted that there is no question of harassment and no further enquiry is contemplated.
