O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate or not Traceable Certificate of Original Document No.1297/1984 in view of the representation dated 14.11.2022 within a time frame.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondents police for missing of her original document bearing Nos.1297/1984 dated 19.10.1984 which was related to property situated at Thenmalai Village, Karivalamvanthanallur Sub-Registrar Office, Tenkasi Registration District. He would further submit that the petitioner has also made paper publication with regard to the missing of original documents. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the third respondent already issued non2/4

traceable certificate on 26.02.2023. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not recevied the same.

4.Recording the above submission, the third respondent is directed to issue fresh non-traceable certificate to the petitioner within three days from today. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
