PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2015 and to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members' life and limb and to cut the trees the petitioner's lands in S.F.No.146/1 situated at Karuppathur village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District. This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2015 and to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members' life and limb and to cut the trees in the petitioner's land in S.F.No.146/1 situated at Karuppathur village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel, who seeks to intervene that on the very same issue, a S.A.No.273 of 2004 is pending before this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has also agreed to work out his remedy before the Civil Court.
