This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate Court, Tenkasi to complete the trial in C.C.No.812 of 2002.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Taking note of the long pendency of the case from 2002 onwards, a direction is issued to the Judicial Magistrate Court, Tenkasi to complete the trial in C.C.No.812 of 2002 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a report before this Court.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
