Prayer in WMP(MD)No.7156 of 2018 in WP(MD)No.SR.61626 of 2017: Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to condone the delay of 169 days in representing the writ petition, and permit the petitioner to get along with the main writ petition. 61626 of 2017:: to issue a "WRIT OF CERTIORARI MANDAMUS" or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of a writ calling for the records on the file of the respondent in TIN:33605301442/2014-15 dated 26.07.2017, and quash the same and further direct the respondent to pass order afresh after affording an opportunity to the petitioner to file their objections against the show-cause Notice dated 22.03.2017 and after verifying the books of accounts of the petitioner ORDER : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.CHANDRASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 170 days and 169 days in representing the writ petitions. 2.Heard both sides and perused the records.
