O R D E R
The present writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to issue a Work Site Inspection Certificate and a Plant and Machinery Working Condition Certificate to the writ petitioner, to enable him to participate in the tender called for by the first respondent on 02.02.2026.
2. A perusal of the records reveals that the petitioner has sent a request for issuance of the said certificates on 10.02.2026 through registered post. The last date for receipt of application for issuance of the certificates is 11.02.2026.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent submits that the application have been received and that 2/5
orders would be passed on merits.
4. Considering the aforesaid facts, the second respondent is directed to issue the Work Site Inspection Certificate today. Insofar as the certificate relating to the working condition of the plant and machinery is concerned, upon desk verification, if the authorities are satisfied, they are directed to pass appropriate orders today, i.e., 12.02.2026.
5. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
