Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks survey of the petition mentioned property and demarcation of its boundaries. In this regard, the petitioner has given an application on 11.04.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that there is no rival claim.

4.The respondents 1 and 2 are therefore directed to complete the said survey exercise within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that if the respondents encounter any resistance or opposition and if any other legal impediment crops up, the respondents shall relegate the parties to move the jurisdictional Civil Court. 5.With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
