ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 18.02.2019 for allowing her to continue as sanitary worker and pass suitable orders in the light of G.O.Ms.No.385 (Finance Department), dated 01.10.2010.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the proceedings, dated 08.10.2018, stating that the claim of the petitioner was rejected and the same was already communicated to the petitioner, for which, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not received the said proceedings issued by the respondents.

3.In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to apply for copy of the said proceedings and on receiving the same, the copy of the said proceedings shall be forwarded forthwith by the authority concerned.

4.This Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings, dated 08.10.2018, if he is so advised. No costs.
