This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to conduct a fair investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.8 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent police.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.8 of 2019 has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in the year 2019 as 'Mistake of Fact'. RCS notice has also been served to the petitioner.
