Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct enquiry based upon the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.10.2021 and take action.

ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to conduct enquiry based upon the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.10.2021 and take action.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the first respondent on 04.10.2021 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3.In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 04.10.2021 after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties if any and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
