This petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.301 of 2016.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.301 of 2016 was completed and charge https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sheet was filed by some other officer and the matter is now pending for committal.

3. Taking into account the fact that the matter is pending for committal, this Court is of the view that the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage.
