This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to register an F.I.R., on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 28.03.2018 lodged before the respondent herein which had been acknowledged in C.S.R.No.110 of 2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When this case is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered on 10.04.2018.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
